The Vines

All white wines are fermented temperature controlled. We accompany them carefully and on the climax of their quality we bottle them as gentle as possible. Eva Pauser is responsible for the red wines. After the vintage they ferment on the mash - then they are steadied in big Oak Barrels and Barriques. For several months we let them mature to wines with a good balance of fruitiness, tannins and complexity.
